Meet Our Leaders

Guided by faith and a heart to serve, our leaders are committed to shepherding the church with wisdom, love, and vision.
Together, they prayerfully lead us toward God’s purpose for our community.

Rev. Arlene Stubbs
Senior Pastor

She came to India in the year 1975, along with her husband, Rev. Earl Stubbs and together they founded and served as Pastors of New Life Assembly of God Church. In the year 2008, she took over as the Senior Pastor at NLAG. She gives of herself so selflessly praying for people and her ministry involves Speaking, Training, Sunday School Ministry, Choir & Drama Ministry and Counseling. Her
able guidance has enabled New Life to branch out to Diamond Point and Hitech City.
Rev. Stubbs is the mother of two beautiful, grown, and married daughters, and has three grandchildren, who are residing in the States.


Rev. Valson Varghese
Senior Associate Pastor

Pastor Valson has been on the Pastoral staff here at New Life Assembly of God Church for over 33 years, currently serving as Senior Associate Pastor. He is actively involved in the preaching and teaching ministry of the Church.
Apart from this, He serves on the Executive Committee of the ‘Next Generation Commission’ of the World Assemblies of God Fellowship.
Pastor Valson and his wife, Julie, are blessed with three sons- Nathan, Yohan & Reuel.

Rev. Younus Samuel
Associate Pastor

Rev. Younus Samuel serves as the Associate Pastor at the New Life Assembly of God Church. In his former assignments, he served as the Youth Pastor for over a decade, nurturing and building Youth Alive, one of the biggest and most vibrant youth fellowships in India. A dynamic and aggressive leader, Pastor Younus masters the art of heavy duty projects, event management, and is renowned for his unconventional ministry approach. Rev. Younus is married to Ujjwala, a wonderful leader who heads the Women’s Ministry and assists in leading worship and with mission trips. They have two sweet children- Joey and Ria.

Rev. Milton Raj
Associate Pastor

A two-time National Soccer player and a very skillful and energetic leader of ITC, Milton Raj crossed over to New Life Assembly of God Church in 2006 to serve as Admin Assistant to the Youth Pastor. He eventually went on to become the Youth Pastor in the year 2014.

Ps Milton’s passion is to transform youth. His mission focuses on building a great community and he believes that if the church forgets its community, the community forgets the church.

He is married to Josephine and they are blessed with two daughters- Tasha and Shannon

Dr. Joseph Christadoss
Associate Pastor

Dr. Joseph Christadoss has been a Care Pastor since 2014 as a bi vocational minister. He comes from an educational background with rich administrative experience. In September 2022, Joseph moved on to become a full time Associate Pastor.

He and his wife, Prof. Uma Joseph, a Care Pastor continue to be Pastors in charge of the Carecell Ministry. Under their capable leadership, the number of Carecells has grown to be over 150. Joseph and Uma have two daughters who are married and a grand daughter.

Dr. Uma Joseph
Associate Pastor

Prof. Uma Joseph has been a Care Pastor as a bi- vocational minister since 2014. She is an eminent academician and administrator.

Her husband, Dr. Joseph is an Associate Pastor. Both of them are Pastors in charge of the Carecell Ministry and under their capable leadership, the number of Carecells has grown to be over 150.
Uma and Joseph have two daughters who are married and a grand daughter.
